The staff were so polite and professional, and everything was handled quickly without feeling rushed. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I genuinely felt like I was in good hands. I left feeling really grateful and cared for.

I was really expecting a decent bar experience, but it ended up feeling like a bait and switch. We waited forever just to get noticed, and the bartender barely even looked our way. Not sure if they were understaffed or just didn’t care, but the service was a mess.

The prices felt fair for the portions. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I didn’t feel ripped off, which I appreciate. It’s nice when a place serves good food without trying to take advantage of people...

Stopped by Ted’s Montana Grill last weekend, the staff was super friendly right from the start. Our server was great too, checking in just enough without hovering over us, which I always appreciate.

The food did take longer than I thought it would, so I’m putting that one on the kitchen, but at least everyone was nice about it and kept us in the loop. Overall, it was still a good visit, and I’d go back.

I really liked the feel of this place at first. It’s got that warm old western look, lots of wood, little rustic details, and it just feels easy to settle into. Nothing too fancy or overdone, which I actually appreciated. i was ready to call it my new go-to dinner spot. But then I don’t know, something about the atmosphere felt a little less charming after a while, maybe a bit too staged? Still, it was comfortable overall and a nice place to hang out.

Took the kids here and they had a really good time. Me and my partner actually got to sit back and relax for a bit, wich was nice

i mean, the food was fresh and came out nice and hot, so no complaints there. The salad was crisp, and the burger was good too. The only downside was that service was a little slow that night, but overall it was a solid meal.

I got takeout last night i was fully expecting something to leak or the fries to show up sad like they usually do for me, but the packaging was actually really solid. Nothing spilled, the fries held up well, and the food was still warm by the time I got home. It’s a small thing, but when takeout goes wrong so often, you really notice when someone actually packs it properly.

The food was okay overall, nothing bad, but it took longer than expected to come out. It felt like the slow service was preventable, especially since the place didn’t seem that busy.

Stopped by Ted’s Montana Grill last weekend and had a good time overall. I walked in and immediately assumed it’d be a relaxed, quieter dinner, but the place was packed and definitely louder than I expected. Not unbearable or anything, but we did end up raising our voices a bit just to keep the conversation going.
The food was good, service was solid, and the place still had a nice feel to it. I’d just say if you’re assuming it’s the kind of spot for a calm, easy chat, maybe pick a slower night. I’d go back for sure, just probably not at peak dinner rush.

We had a reservation, but when we got there, our table still wasn’t ready on time. It kind of threw off the start of the night and made the whole experience feel more stressful than it needed to be. I was a little disappointed because I’d been looking forward to it.

I asked for no onions, but somehow ended up with extra, and my side wasn’t in the bag either. Not exactly the first time this has happened, so that was frustrating.

i mean, the restroom was clean and smelled fine, so I really don’t have any complaints.

I usually expect at least a few solid gluten-free choices when I’m eating out, but the options here felt limited. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t really meet my personal standard for variety if you have dietary needs.

We came in for dinner the service stood out right away. Our server was attentive without being all over us, and they seemed to notice little things like drinks getting low before we even had to ask.

There was a small mix-up with one of our sides, but they handled it quickly and were really nice about it. No awkwardness, no attitude, just fixed it and moved on, which I really appreciated.

ted’s Montana Grill worked out really well for us because the location was so convenient. It was easy to find, parking wasn’t a pain, and it made meeting up after work simple. The food was good enough and the service was friendly too. I’d give it 4 stars since it was a little busy when we got there, but overall it was an easy and solid choice

I ordered dinner from Ted’s and, the whole delivery experience was annoying. The app said it would arrive at a certain time, but it took way longer than that, and by the time the food finally showed up, it was already kind of cold. On top of that, one of my sides was missing, which is just really frustrating when you’re paying these prices. The burger was fine after I reheated it, but I shouldn’t have to do that right away. It wasn’t the worst meal ever, but yeah, definitely not a great delivery experience.
